"Way over priced even for liability. Recently (Nov 17th) canceled my car insurance because priced went up. No claims or accidents on my record. It has been just shy of a month and have not received a refund. Called office, the girl first asked if I received a letter or email for how I wanted the check, then in same sentence asked if I received a check. If I received a check why would I be calling. She then told me that she was going to look into it and put me on hold. Mind you they take my money immediately! Was then told it was sent out on Dec 2nd, today is the 11th. Decided to call corporate office. The girl I spoke with was thoughtful, understanding, and considerate of what I was saying. If I could rate her and not the business she would get 5 stars. As far as the business 0"

"When we first requested quotes for Homeowners insurance and auto, we received a reasonable quote with good coverage for both. We were eligible for discounts due to previously using State Farm. I understand we get statements in the mail and have the app, I check neither. But in the negotiation process, if you are giving someone a quote and find out they are not eligible for the discounts you offered, you call the client and tell them that the payment will be $200 higher. I saw a statement from our lender that had the amount and was shocked. Now with auto, we are supposed to sign up for Drive Safe and Save for a discount. We got a new vehicle in March and in June, still have not received the beacon for the vehicle thereby disqualifying us for yet another discount. We have called the office and requested this 3 times. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was with the same insurance company previously for nearly 20 years and never had an issue, so I know good insurance agents exist. I don’t know what else to do to be heard since I’ve called you about this. I guess the next step is to find new insurance."
